Our Talent team will call you to get to know you and for you to get to know us. During this first call, we will answer any questions you have about the process and arrange your first major interview with our consultants.
1 - Interview with advisors and specialists
It is important to have approval from our consultants when determining which internship offers you can apply to. They will take into account factors such as your availability, education, experience, and language skills, as these are all elements that companies will consider.
Once the interview with the consultant is approved, we will provide you with all the information about the company and its offers so that you can decide whether to apply with your CV. This step is important, as it will be necessary for you to pay the fee if the selected company accepts you.
Once you have everything prepared and your CV has been submitted, we will help you organize the interview with the head of the company where you will carry out the paid internship in the following days. The most common methods are by phone or Skype calls. The result will be in your hands.
1 - Receive the acceptance letter
After the final interview with the head of the company where you will do your internship, within a maximum of three days, we will make a decision. If it’s favorable for you, we will send you an email with the news, the acceptance letter, and the link to process the payment.
When you receive the acceptance letter and the payment link, you will have three days to complete the procedures and confirm your place, while also paying the management fees, so we can start processing the agreement with the company.
Once the payment is received, you will receive an email with a list of necessary requirements to carry out your internship in companies, and we will begin the process of the agreement and obtain the signatures you need before starting your internship.
